Club Serenity is committed to making our website, our check-in tablet and our services usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA.

Settings you can turn on

Open the accessibility button in the top bar of any page — or the Access button on the check-in tablet — and switch on whatever helps. Your choice is remembered on that device and changes nothing for anyone else.

• High contrast — stronger text, background and border separation.
• Larger text — three sizes, up to 150%.
• Reduce motion — stops animation and movement.
• Readable text — a plainer typeface, wider spacing, underlined links.

What we already support

• Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to main content" link.
• Text that reflows and can be zoomed without losing content.
• Descriptions on images, and names on buttons that show only an icon.
• Respect for your device's own "reduce motion" setting.
• The check-in tablet in English, Kreyòl Ayisyen, Français, Español, 简体中文, 繁體中文 and ไทย, with a read-aloud button and small English lines for staff assisting a client.
• Staff are available in person at the Drop-In Center to complete any form on someone's behalf.

Known limitations

Some documents provided by outside agencies and some third-party video players are outside our control. If one blocks you, tell us and we will provide the information another way.

If any part of this site or our services is hard to use, please contact us. Tell us the page and what happened, and we will respond and offer the information in another format. Feedback also helps us fix it for the next person.

Club Serenity does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected class. If you need a reasonable modification or accommodation to use our services, tell any staff member or contact us.

Analytics and cookies

We measure anonymous visits only after a visitor accepts analytics cookies through the cookie notice. We do not use analytics to identify individuals or to track recovery or health information. You can decline cookies at any time; necessary cookies for the site to function are not used for tracking.
