SMS Messaging Terms
These terms describe how Club Serenity sends you SMS/MMS text messages, how to opt in and out, and what to expect when you receive messages from us.
1. Text messaging program
We may send text messages to the mobile number you provide for appointment and check-in reminders, housing application status, portal and account notices, follow-up, and other program updates. Message frequency varies based on your services and activity. Messages are not marketing unless you separately opted in to marketing texts.
2. How to opt in
You can opt in to receive text messages by providing your mobile number on our website and checking the SMS consent box, or by " + "texting START to (724) 395-8340. You may also ask a staff member to record your consent in our system.
End users opt-in by visiting https://clubserenity.org and adding their phone number. They then check a box agreeing to receive text messages from Club Serenity Inc.. You must be the subscriber of the mobile number you provide, or have permission to use that number. We are not responsible for messages sent to a number you do not own or no longer control.
3. Message and data rates; supported carriers
Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and network. We support most major U.S. carriers; availability may vary.
4. How to opt out
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by asking any staff member to remove your consent. Replying STOP will unsubscribe you from that messaging thread. If you use multiple services, tell us if you want to stop all texts.

6. Privacy and confidentiality
We do not sell your mobile number. We use it only to communicate with you about your services and account. We may share it with our trusted messaging service providers under a business associate or service-provider agreement when permitted or required.
