Club Serenity is led by people who understand that meaningful recovery work requires both compassion and accountability. Our leadership combines lived experience, professional expertise, community involvement, and a shared commitment to creating real pathways toward recovery and independence. From organizational strategy to community partnerships and direct service development, our leaders work to ensure that Club Serenity continues responding to the needs of individuals, families, and communities impacted by substance use disorder.
Mark St. Cyr has been a dedicated part of Club Serenity, Inc. since 2008, bringing both lived experience and an unwavering commitment to helping others find hope in recovery. His own journey through alcoholism and addiction shaped a deeply held belief that kindness, compassion, and human connection can be powerful forces for change.
Serving as both President and Treasurer, Mark has helped guide Club Serenity through years of growth while remaining grounded in the reason the organization exists: to support individuals and families impacted by substance use and recovery. He leads with gratitude, service, and a genuine desire to extend to others the same hope he discovered through his own recovery journey.
Outside of Club Serenity, Mark enjoys fishing, golfing, and spending time outdoors. He is especially grateful for the continued love and support of his wife and family, who have stood beside him throughout his commitment to recovery and service.
For Mark, recovery is more than something to celebrate—it is something to share. Each new day is another opportunity to offer hope, kindness, and support to someone who may still be searching for their way forward.
