Placement
Applicants do not choose a specific Club Serenity house. We operate 961 Alexander Avenue (Men), 17 McKee Avenue (Women), and 1205 Nash Avenue (Men). Once you are approved, you first report to the Club Serenity SUD Drop-In Center at 702 Fallowfield Avenue, Charleroi, PA 15022 for intake, a drug screen, and paperwork. Club Serenity then decides the house that fits based on eligibility, fit, and bed availability, and arranges transportation to that residence.
Our homes serve men and women separately.
